At PRODKT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Given the nature of our playhouses, please review our detailed policy below:

1. Return Window

Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests made after this 5-day period will not be eligible for processing.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To ensure safety and quality standards, all returns must meet the following criteria:

Unassembled: The playhouse must be in its original, unassembled condition. Once assembly has been attempted or completed, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original boxes, including all internal protective materials, hardware kits, and instruction manuals.

Unused: Items must be clean, unused, and show no signs of outdoor exposure.

3. Shipping Policy

Customer Responsibility: Unless the product is confirmed to be defective or the incorrect item was sent, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

In the event that a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within the 5-day window. PRODKT will provide a replacement or a full refund for confirmed defective items at no additional cost to the customer. We may request photo documentation of the damage or defect to assist with your claim.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@arabakw.com with your order number. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
